Sheri was our first new warrior when we opened at our present address 7290 Penn Dr. Bath just off of Airport Rd. Sheri has been making great progress every month. Her first month was December 2017. In that first month she lost
4 LBS of body fat and added 3 LBS of lean muscle. She trains 5 days a week with us at TFW. The first month she learned not to go by what the scale says but the feel of clothes and how she felt overall. In her second month she started setting new PR’s ( personal records) in different lifts we perform and challenges we run monthly. Sheri lost another 4LBS of body fat and added
1 LB of lean muscle. In Sheri’s third month, she accomplished one of her goals she set for the new year when she did a chin up from a dead hang. She also set new PR in another challenge we had. In her third month she lost
Another 4LBS of body fat and added 3 LBS of muscle. Within 3 months her total fat lost was 12 LBS of body FAT and gained 7 LBS of lean muscle mass. Sheri is a committed lady and her commitment shows in her achievements. Whenever it’s time to try and set new PR’s I get excited for her. Sheri is a great person with a positive attitude!
